Campus Security officers are available to assist students in emergencies
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also provide first aid, a safe escort
to your destination after dark, information about personal safety, and
should be contacted immediately regarding a crime.
Schreiner University Security and Safety Department believes
in proactive law enforcement, which emphasizes the prevention of crime
through community education and awareness. A successful crime prevention
program depends on the active participation of all community members
at all times.
Active crime prevention participation reduces the likelihood of victimization
and increases criminal apprehension. The University Security Officers
make presentations on topics such as sexual assault, personal safety,
and alcohol awareness.
